We are a new and growing business, and we want you to grow with our brand. We will also be working alongside PR agencies and will take time to help you grow your personal image via social media platforms in conjunction with our gym.

Job Description
You will be working with private clients, as well as small groups to deliver bespoke personal training and group conditioning classes. You will be required to combine your extensive knowledge of S&C with good customer service and the ability to simplify your training methods and language to suit non-athletic, busy professional populations.

You will be working predominantly with professionals who live and work in central London, as well as potentially some athletic populations.

Full-time and part-time roles available.

Role Overview:

As a marketing intern at Dabbs Fitness, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our members. Your focus will be on social media management, marketing campaign support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gym’s reception. Responsibilities:

• Manage and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, showcasing the unique blend of our training approach and the Mayfair luxury.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, helping to reach our target audience effectively.
• Enhance the overall customer experience by engaging with members, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service at the gym’s reception.
• Collaborate with our team to uphold the gym’s reputation for professionalism, high standards, and accessible athletic training methods.

Requirements:

• Enrollment or completion of a degree in marketing or communications.
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to professionalism.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Driven, motivated, and eager to learn and contribute.
• Previous experience in service jobs is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
