ASSESSMENT

The first step on your fitness journey is to come to our central London gym for an assessment. We will discuss your general lifestyle factors, your training and injury history, and do a fitness and movement assessment. From here we can design your tailored training program by setting up personalised targets and a plan to move forward.

STRONG FOUNDATIONS

After the initial assessment, you will begin your personal training. We will start by building a strong base of movement patterns, technique, and general strength/fitness levels. This provides the foundations upon which you will progress and achieve your goals.

SPECIFIC TARGETS

Once we have built a solid foundation, and movement patterns are adequate, we will start working on your specific targets. Your specific targets can relate to general fitness, body composition, or sport-specific goals. We will constantly test and refine your goals to ensure consistent progression and prevent plateauing.
