The January challenge is an individual training program, just for the month of January, designed to help YOU achieve all your fitness goals and blast your way into 2018.
The Challenge will include three intense personal training sessions per week (12 in total), and one optional group session, exclusively for all the January challenge team, which will be held on a weekend morning (tbc).
We have been working to perfect this challenge, to make sure it will GUARANTEE results. We will be looking into every aspect of your health and fitness, from DIET, to EXERCISE, the INTENSITY of TRAINING, and even looking into your MENTAL STATE, helping you with MOTIVATIONAL techniques, and GOAL setting. Each Challenger will be provided with 24/7 support, and given extra training programs to complete alongside the three personal sessions per week.
On signing up, a private consultation with head coach James Dabbs will be scheduled, to discuss your fitness goals, and where you want to take your training for 2018. This consultation will also include a ‘weigh in’ and an optional ‘before’ photo. From here, a personalised program will be designed, based on the individuals specific targets. This won’t just be a quick fix, you will also have a long term program put in place to help you keep progressing your fitness levels for the whole of 2018!
