Our HITT class is composed of both strength based work as well as endurance and cardio-vascular conditioning in the form of interval training – the most efficient way to get more toned. The class will be different every week, to keep it interesting. Utilising plenty of equipment such as bands, weights, kettle bells, and also body weight, along with battle ropes, rowing, and spinning for the conditioning.

This class is a great supplement to your current training programme, but is also a great way for any beginner to build up their fitness. This class is appropriate for any fitness ability, and our trainers will push everyone to their individual level.
