But if you’re a woman who trains properly, who tracks her lifts, wants to deadlift cleanly, and actually build a physique, you already know none of that really cuts it.

That’s why we created the Glute Lab at Dabbs Fitness.

It’s a small-group training class for women who want to get strong, lift well, and be coached with real intent – not shouted at through a headset. We coach squats and hip thrusts. We build glutes. We train core strength and upper body power, coaches by top level S&C coaches.

You can train privately, or in our capped semi-private sessions. Either way, it’s not Pilates. It’s not HIIT. It’s much better.

We’re based in Mayfair and our mindset is pure performance.
