This class will be varied from week to week, with a focus on all aspects of functional fitness. We will work on both lower and upper body strength, mobility work for injury prevention, core stability, and general conditioning for you to become a stronger, faster, and better athlete.

This class is for any individual who is willing to learn and work hard, and will directly translate to both daily life improvements such as increased energy levels and improved posture, as well as improving performance athletically.
