3 TRAINING PHASES
This program follows the scientific literature on periodisation. The program consists of three phases, each two weeks long. Each phase lays the foundation for the following phase, as you progress through the six weeks.

FOUNDATIONS
This first phase builds a base of strength, conditioning, and movement quality. This shall lay the necessary foundations for the next two phases.

We use exercise progressions to create more of a strength focus, aiding lean muscle growth. The conditoning is more dynamic, stimulating fat loss for improved body composition.

Faster, more explosive contractions such as jumps are used. We also implement hills sprints for the conditioning, a metabolic boosting method, which will also aid power development.
