This program follows the scientific litterature on periodisation. The program consists of three phases, each two weeks long. Each phase lays the foundation for the following phase, as you progress through the six weeks.

FOUNDATIONS

This first phase builds a base of strength, conditioning, and movement quality. This shall lay the necessary foundations for the next two phases.

STRENGTH

We use exercise progressions to create more of a strength focus, aiding lean muscle growth. The conditoning is more dynamic, stimulating fat loss for improved body composition. 

POWER

Faster, more explosive contractions such as jumps are used. We also implement hills sprints for the conditioning, a metabolic boosting method, which will also aid your power development.

FAQs

What if I don't ge through 4 sessions in a week?

Don’t worry. If you don’t get through all four sessions in a week, you can take the sessions into the next week. It is fine to perform 3 sessions in week one, and then 5 sessions in week two. If your work-life schedule is too hectic to allow 4 training sessions per week, you can complete this 6 week program in 7, or 8 weeks if necessary.

What if I don't know an exercise?

We have videos and cues for each exercise. You can also ask our coaches, or even film yourself for our coaches, in the app.

Do I need any equipment for this program?

No, no equipment is needed for this program. We use exercise progressions that will give great resutls from the bodyweight workouts.

What is the difference between this and a zoom class?

By planning and programming your training, you will get optimal results. Follow-along video classes are random in nature, and there is little cohesion between different sessions. By following a program like this, you will get a BALANCED approach to your training, with a perfect degree of strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery etc. This will also allow you to learn more about training, and focus on your technique, rather than simply following along to a video – we are giving you the tools to succeed.

What if I can't run?

There are alternatives to running. If you have access to a cardio machine such as a bike or rowing machine, you can perform the same workout on these. You can message us for alternatives, depending on your situation.

What do I do if I can't perform an exercise?

If you can’t perform an exercise due to injury, you can swap the exercise for an alternative in the app.
